I appreciate food in all its glory. Whether it’s a hole in the wall Mexican taco shop or a Michelin Star rated restaurant. Before, my eating habits pretty much consisted of pulling up to the closest fast food or casual dining spot to fulfill my hunger. I was unfamiliar with what a Michelin rated restaurant was until I reached my mid 20’s! However, as I began to spend more time researching about food, I learned of the concept of dining at restaurants for the “experience”. Not only that, these restaurants pride themselves in quality and keen attention to detail.
Since I am more food conscious now than I was before, I definitely spend more money trying to find healthier alternatives and have grown to love fine dining. Though it’s seldom that I do get to experience fine dining, I still hope to experience as many fine dining places as possible. Well, as much as my wallet permits haha.
With that being said, below is the complete list of Michelin rated restaurants in Chicago for 2016. I have dreams and aspirations (#Goals) to try every spot during my time in Chicago. It may be a bit much but not an unpractical goal! It can happen. I just need to hit jackpot first…
